Yes, all Sculpt Nation supplements are third-party tested and made in a cGMP compliant facility to ensure it meets the highest quality and safety standards.

All of our supplements are manufactured in the USA; some of our ingredients are imported from India and China.

Here’s how to access your Custom Plan Questionnaire and get started on your transformation:​

Option 1: Click here to log in. Once you’re in, hit “Edit Profile”, then smash that blue button that says “Fill Out Custom Plan Questionnaire”.

​Option 2: Already logged in? Just scroll down the page until you see the “Custom Plan Questionnaire” icon. Click it, and boom—you’re ready to fill it out!​

Option 3: You can also access it via the V Shred app. Simply open the app and go to "My Stuff" in the bottom left-hand corner. Once there you will be able to open the Custom Diet Plan.

There are a few ways that you can access that custom diet plan!

1- You can access via the Vshred.com website.

Just go to Vshred.com log in then go to my stuff. Once there you will see "view custom diet plan" in a blue header.

2- You can also access via the Vshred app.

Simply open the app and go to "My Stuff" in the bottom left hand corner. Once there you will be able to open the Custom Diet Plan.

Grocery prices can vary based on where you live and dietary needs, but don’t stress—your Custom Plan is designed to be budget-friendly. We keep it simple, effective, and affordable, so you’ll get exactly what you need without overspending.

When it comes to building muscle or burning fat, it is not always quick and easy. On average, it takes 4-6 weeks to really start seeing significant results to where we would need to make an adjustment on something.

Thank you for contacting us! If you would like to cancel your subscription you are able to do so by logging into your account and going to your subscriptions. You are able to manage your cancelation from there!

Your Custom Diet Plan includes: A personalized meal plan designed by a Certified V Shred Coach; unlimited emails with your Coach; Weekly Check-Ins (via email); Food Swap Bible; Shopping Lists; and unlimited modifications. 

Due to the personalized nature of this service, we do not offer refunds on custom plans. However, you have unlimited customizations to your plan – just email your Coach and they will do whatever they can to get the most out of your plan.

Your Coach will create a completely customized plan based on your food preferences and goals. Don’t worry – you won’t be limited to boring salads or eating grilled chicken everyday! The great thing about these meal plans is they are designed for you and your lifestyle. You’ll get to eat foods you love, including pizza, pasta, and even chocolate.

Check your inbox for an email from us that has “subscription” in the subject line. You will see a link that takes you to our customer portal where you can cancel, modify, or pause your subscription.

If you have trouble finding it, please contact support@vshred.com and they will be able to re-send it.

Yes! We offer a special discount on all recurring subscriptions so you can get the most out of your products. Just select the Frequency when you check out. And remember, you can cancel, modify or pause your subscription at any time.
